Ingredients

Yields 16 fl oz
  • Pineapple
    2 cup, chunks 330g
  • Pumpkin
    2 cup (1" cubes) 232g
  • Apple
    1 medium (3" dia) 182g
  • Carrots
    2 medium 122g
  • Cinnamon (Ground)
    1/2 tsp 1.3g

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
