  • Pineapple

  • Apple (fuji)
    1 medium (3" dia) 182g
  • Beet Root (golden)
    1 beet (2" dia) 82g
  • Lemon
    1/2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) 29g
  • Ginger Root
    1 thumb tip (1" dia) 24g
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (a dash)
    1/4 tbsp 1.4g

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
